Left 4 Dead PC System Requirements Unveiled
From Shacknews:
Valve has released the system requirements for the PC version of its anticipated shooter Left 4 Dead. The Halflife2.net forums claim to have received these requirements from Valve marketing VP Doug Lombardi:

Our own AtomicSpark has started the HL2.Net EVE Corporation. There aren't many members, and anyone is welcome to join. ;D
Name: Halflife2.net [HL 2]
HQ Location: Aramachi II - Moon 4 - Caldari Navy Testing Facilities
Races: All
Operations: Mining, Mission Runners, Fleet Operations, Research & Development, Skirmish Warfare, Manufacturing, Trade, Logistics
Public In-game Channel: Halflife2.net <--- Join this so we chat easily in-game.
Public Steam Group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/hl2neteve/ <--- Join this so we can schedule when everyone can get on.

That time has come again, our omnipotent and kind leaders, Samon, Yorick and others on the team have released some pictures and some other mod-related things! There's snow, goddamn snow! And Mercenary Zombies! Which I will assume will be much like regular zombies but with flak jackets. From my own personal experiences in the Chat room of HLSS, The first chapter of Human Error will be in an APC, which I'm sure'll be fun.

So anyway, I've been banned from HL2.net for a month, and the chat for 2 weeks. Sucks.
In other news, STALKER: Clear Sky's release date has been pushed to September 5th.

In a new J.C Pennys Commercial, it was to the theme of the movie "The Breakfast Club. Which can be seen here:

Mount & Blade is a game made by Taleworlds (www.taleworlds.com) that plays on a world map, where your avatar and his army(recruited by mercenaries or from villages) move on. You can equip your character with a variety of weaponry, from bows and arrows to greatswords and bastard(lol) swords. Combat is what's interesting, especially while on a mount. Combat works by choosing a direction, up, left, right, or thrust by moving your mouse a certain direction when near an enemy.

Looks like they already tried a couple dark art styles, but this one seems to stick the best. I think we should just wait and hope for the best. I for one welcome our new rainbow overlords.
Yes, I know, very very late. I've got something good brewing...more to come soon.

Spaced, the critically acclaimed television show which was previously Reigon 2 only was released Mid-July. The 3 DVD with the 2 seasons includes many extras, including new artwork, new commentaries featuring Kevin Smith, Diablo Cody, and Quentin Tarantino, and a homage-o-meter, showing the different references they made over its run. It comes from the minds of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, being their first debut into film. There are two seasons total, and it seems that's all there is going to be, even after years of begging from their rabid fans.

Anyway, only about a month left until the release. The Collector's Edition has been announced, and the EU version blows. I don't think one is even coming out in America. The EU version has a map and an extras CD. This is the Russian version picture on attachment.
It comes with:

Earlier today there was an earthquake in Chino Hills, Southern California that ranked a 5.8 magnitude. Some cell phones are out, but other than that, no really major damage, mostly just basic earthquake stuff. Only about 6 minutes driving distance away from me, it was really felt. More news at 11.(but not really.)
